Late Fee Policy

1. Payment Terms

All invoices issued by Deluxe Detail LLC are due and payable on or before the stated due date listed on the invoice. Any unpaid balance not received by the due date shall be deemed past due. Deluxe Detail reserves the right to customize a penalty fee to any overdue invoice based on the type of invoice, quantity of invoices, and dollar amount on each invoice. The following schedule is a template for late fees:

2. Late Fee Schedule

If payment is not received by the due date, the following late fees shall apply to the outstanding balance:

  • After 1 month (30 days) past the due date: a $50 late fee will be applied.

  • After 2 months (60 days) past the due date: an additional $50 late fee will be applied on top of any previous late fees.

  • After 3 months (90 days) past the due date: a $200 late fee will be applied on top of any previous late fees  and can be applied monthly, following the 180 day mark.

  • After 6 months (180 days) past the due date: a $500 late fee will be applied on top of any previous late fees and can be applied monthly, following the 180 day mark.

  • After 12 months (365 days) past the due date: a $1,000 late fee will be applied on top of any previous late fees.

 

Following the one-year mark, additional late fees may continue to accrue on a monthly basis at the company’s discretion if the account remains unpaid.

3. Accrual and Enforcement

Late fees shall be cumulative and will continue to accrue until all outstanding amounts, including principal and applicable late fees, are paid in full. The company reserves the right to suspend services, withhold future appointments, or pursue collection of any overdue amounts through legal or third-party collection processes.

4. Returned Payments

Returned or declined payments (including chargebacks) will incur an additional fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Deluxe Detail LLC for services or accepting any invoice, estimate, or service agreement, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Late Fee Policy.
